extra over building factor/extra over permitted building Explanation: Όπως και στην άλλη περίπτωση της 'κάλυψης', δηλ. του 'εμβαδού' μιας κατοικίας, το 'δόμηση' ήτοι, 'ο συντελεστής δόμησης', δεν αναφέρεται από μόνου στο εμβαδό μιας κατοικίας, αλλά και σε άλλους παράγοντες, ως το ύψος, η γωνία φωτός, η γειτνίαση και η πυκνότητα πληθυσμού που η κατοικία θα οικίζει. Επομένως εδώ, πιστεύω ότι πρέπει ν' αναφερθείς στο 'συντελεστή δόμησης', αν και αναφέρεται σε τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Αν ήταν μόνο για τετρ. μέτρα, τότε τo έxεις κάνει με το 'area cover'. |
