It occurs in the sentence 'Την επιχείρηση της την άρχισε το 1965, με μια ακόμα μοδίστρα και μια πουκαμισού.'
Of course I know the word πουκάμισo, but the presence of the feminine singular indefinite article would seem to preclude the idea that it's a genitive form. Could it be a model that specializes in modelling blouses?...
