Greek term or phrase: κτιστή διαχωριστική νησίδα
This term seems to be used quite a lot in Cyprus.

... δρόμο συνολικού πλάτους 30,50 μ ..., με κτιστή διαχωριστική νησίδα στη μέση πλάτους 4,20μ ...

Ιn particular, I'm not sure how to translate κτιστή here.

Thank you. I would definitely use 'central reservation' here (sometimes I see 'central reserve', too). I think 'constructed' is all right but, to be honest, I'd prefer to call it a 'central reservation with concrete safety barriers', if that's what it really is.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you. Basically two walls with a space in between. Probably concrete? At any rate, not metal barriers, I assume.

agree  Philip Lees: I would prefer 'constructed' to 'built' and I think you could drop the 'zone'. 'Constructed central reservation' sounds about right.

-> Thanks Philip. I thought in England "zone" is included, but I could be wrong. Structure I think is fine because in many sections it consists of two walls about 2 metres apart filled with earth where they put plants and flowers.

I believe your should 'built' because all these separators such as islands, safety barriers etc. may be either built (stable - permanent) or movable (plastic type of island, portable signage islands etc).

Asker: Thank you. I've learnt something here. In this case, though, it's clear that the νησίδα (quite a deceptive word!) runs the whole length of the motorway.
