I think this would be a more direct translation of this as it would be said in a conversation, for example, The other answers are not wrong but don't get at the idiomatic tone. "A promise is a promise" is a very common phrase in English.

This is the closest colloquial expression to that Hebrew phrase. The other suggestions seem to me too close to the Hebrew source, or not actually an existing English expression. "I'm a man of my word" is used but it reflects on the user rather than being a general adage.
