Hebrew term or phrase: רצון המצווה
I am currently translating a legal document relating to the last will and testament of the deceased.
Does the phrase רצון המצווה refer to the deceased's desire or will? Is this the same as "מצוות המנוח" and how do you differentiate between will - צוואה and will referring to desire in general.
Appreciate your help.

disagree  Frank Mayers: I humbly disagree. רצון המצווה is testator's wishes. מצוות המנוח could well be (as stated) the wishes of the deceased (although I have to say I have never seen it written out in this way).
