Hebrew term or phrase: עיגונה דגברא קשה מדאתתא
שלום לכולם,
מישהו יכול להסביר לי משמעות הביטוי הזה בהליך גירושין

במקרה זה, האישה מסברת לקבל את הגט ועו''ד הבעל מסביר שהיא מעגנת אותו. ואז מופיע הביטוי הזה.

תודה מראש,
גרייס

denial of divorce to a man is more severe than to a woman

Explanation:
Granted, "איתתא" is Judeo-Aramaic for "woman," and one consideration is that a man may be assumed to experience greater emotional injury, but the term has "קשה," not "קשה ליה" (or "קשיא ליה"), and there also are non-emotional considerations; see link, note 40.
Grace, I suggest that you be wary of translating rabbinic documents if you're not familiar with the parlance. There are words that mean one thing in Hebrew and another in Judeo-Aramaic, aside from general problems of unfamiliarity.
