English translation:The Bone Marrow Transplantation Department
Explanation:
This is a semi-wild guess based on many years of experience in translating medical documents - Israeli doctors and hospitals love to use acronyms, including in-house ones. Hadassah Medical Center, for example, uses ayin"kaf and heh"tzadi for Ein Kerem and Mount Scopus (Har Hatzofim). And Sheba Medical Center does have a bone marrow transplantation department.

Notes to answerer
Asker: ayin"kaf and heh"tzadi for Ein Kerem and Har Hatzofim makes sense and while I can connect these letters to Bone Marrow Transplantation I cannot be sure and there is no mention of this in the 5-page document. Most of the document deals with Acid fast bacilli in a mycobacterium tuberculosis culture. The first page is mostly handwritten and I cannot decipher most of it. Thanks for the suggestion!

Asker: Sue, I think you are probably right, and I will go with this because it is the only thing that makes any sense at all. I see that the department of infectious diseases plays a role in supporting the Bone Marrow Transplantation Department. Thanks!
