What is it in English? Neutralization is the only thing I've come up with so far. Any ideas?

ליאור, זה שזה מזכיר מטאטא אולי יוצא אסוציאציה כזאת. אבל זה המונח ושני מילונים צבאיים שונים מדברים עליו. אנגלית בריטית אולי מיושנת אבל נכונה.אני רואה שגם מילון אלקלעי מכיר את המונח
