Law/Patents - Ships, Sailing, Maritime / Haifa Admirality Court
Hebrew term or phrase: ת"ח
I am editing a document from the Haifa Admirlaity Court.
Files are referd to as ת"ח followed by a number.
The translator has translated this as "Admirlaity Court Folio No." - I think that this is a correct translation (although maybe "file is better than "folio"?).
What I would like to know is what the ת"ח stands for?

I'll put my money on this then. "Admiralty claim in rem" has a lot of online support.
