| פיזדץ מילת סלנג גסה ברוסית: כוס Explanation: This is not in English - It's a Russian vulgar slang, and the spelling in your question is a bit off: It should be spelled (or rather - it shouldn't) as פיזדץ - PIZDETZ (in Russian letters - пиздец) with a D. It comes from the vulgar slang word for "cunt": פיזדה - PIZDA (In Russian - пизда). See here: http://www.babylon.com/definition/пизда/English It could be used by young people in a kidding, less offensive way to mean something like "a mess" (בלגן), but I DON'T THINK it can be used the way you suggest, to mean a good thing (Like Hebrew slang uses "משהו בן-זונה", as "משהו מעולה"). |

Vulgar slang - see details Explanation: It should probably be spelled פיזדץ and is apparently comes from Russian. If you were to try to say in Hebrew, the closest from what I read is: בן זונה as in: היה שם אוכל בן זונה -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 53 mins (2011-10-15 17:25:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The closest you could come to this in English, as I understand it, is: fuck/fucking both in the positive and negative sense. פיזדייץ/פיזדיניה (A remote place...the middle of nowhere) Explanation: Our friend Mr Rosenthal (Slang dictionary) says this: פיזדייץ/פיזדיניה מקום נידח (מיושן): אחרי שנתיים במשרד החוץ שלחו אותו להיות מזכיר שני באיזה פיזדיניה באפריקה רוסית PIZDEC That's presuming this is the same word. There's also another entry for פיזדיולוך which apparently means much the same thing. If this does refer to the prison with this meaning it could be describing the prison as being remote (or in colloquial English: being in the middle of nowhere). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2011-10-15 20:04:12 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ...Rereading your description, it seems slightly less likely that this would be the appropriate rendering here, unless the wing is particularly remote from the rest of the prison, even then, if they are saying it and laughing, I fail to see the humour in it.
