base cell / base cells Explanation: I believe if they wanted to say "base station(s)" they could/would/should (cuda wuda shuda) have said "תחנת בסיס". I also found the following, which supports "base cell" in your context: http://ftp.jrc.es/EURdoc/eur18716en.pdf "azimuth of the main transmission direction of the base station, in case the base cell is a sector cell and does not cover a circular area" I believe the above link is the exact same context as yours (Communication System on a Transportation System).
