Hebrew to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Transport / Transportation / Shipping / tender for the supply of traffic-related system
Hebrew term or phrase: ועדה כוהנת
obviously this refers to one of the main deciding committees in respect of awarding a tender to bidders but I cannot find the exact translation of this term and would appreciate any help.

It is very possibly a typo and should be ועדה מכהנת or perhaps ועדה מכוננת
I am not sure how those terms might be translated into English
