Yes, I do agree that even a literate person could be called a Ganwar & that is exactly what I wanted to convey.
Very often a Literate person may show his/her inability to understand either simple commonsense instructions, a joke or even a comment or a statement made in a different culture.for example:Here in the United States, many times people will respond with-"Get out of Here"-, which taken literally means "LEAVE" but in the proper context it means, You must be joking OR you cannot really mean that, whatever you are sayingOR it is an astonishing OR incredulous Statement.
