English translation:If phonetically the word in Hindi is 'bh-aiya' it would mean 'brother'.
Explanation:
Only if it specifically has to sound 'bh -aiya' and not 'bahiya':
A brother or a male friend or acquaintence is often called 'bhaiya'; since the explanation states it could be a nickname, it is possible this is the generic term 'brother' used as a 'proper name/ nick name'.

I forgot to give the meaning of the Hindi song: In this song the sister is asking her brother to honour the 'ties' of their relationship in which the brother promises to protect his sister in times of need. There is a special 'day' called the 'Rakhi' or Rakshabandhan' day when sisters tie a symbolic thread to their brothers' wrists to consecrete this relationshipand and pray for their brothers' wellbeing and safety. .
As you are studying Hindi, the meanings of all the words are;
Bhaiya - brother
mere - mine
rakhi - the symbolic thread meaning 'protection'
ke - of
bandhan - tie /bond
ko - to
nibhana - verb please honour / sustain /maintain also same word for verb - to honour /sustain /maintain. Good luck with your learning!
