Hindi term or phrase: Main phir dil vahin laya hun
Another query concerning a German-to-English translation in which I find frequent Hindo phrases. What is the correct spelling/transliteration of the phrase above, and what is its meaning?

My German author gives it as "Once again I bring my heart here." Thanks for any confirmation/correction. I suspect that it might be a line of song.

English translation:"Main phir dil vahin laya hun" would mean "I have brought my heart to the same place."
Explanation:
Phir wohi dil laya hoon ... is the correct line. Meaning: "I present the same heart again."

the line is a part of a song from 1963 Hindi film PHIR WOHI DIL LAYA HOON, starring legendary actress ASHA PAREKH also known in those days as JUBILEE GIRL (BECAUSE SHE GAVE CONSECUTIVE SILVER JUBILEE HITS) ... the song goes as:

bandaa parwar, tham lo jigar,
ban ke pyaar phir aaya hoon;
khidmat mein, aapki huzoor,
phir wohi dil laya hoon.

This is what the German author had said; so it's a plausible sentence, if not exactly the line in the famous song.

Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon/फिर वही दिल लाया हूँ

Explanation:
The correct rendering is "फिर वही दिल लाया हूँ -Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon" - OP. Nayyar.
It means that I have brought the same heart once again.

"Main phir dil vahin laya hun" would mean that I have brought the heart there once again.
