Hungarian term or phrase: pattanásos bőr
Pl.
Köszönöm szépen előre is!

English translation:acne (prone skin)
Explanation:
acne (prone skin)
Acne is good enough even by itself. l wouldn’t use ‘spotty’. Even though it’s technically correct, it may refer to a range of other things.

pimple skin or (acne) blemished skin

Explanation:
pimple, zit, acne, blemish - ezek mind jók lehetnek a pattanásra, de a megrendelő céljainak legmegfelelőbb megoldást csak a teljes szöveg ismeretében lehet kiválasztani. Más szavakkal illetnénk a pattanásos bőrt tiniknek készült reklámban, megint más a megfogalmazás, ha kicsit tudományosabb akarsz lenni (mint barátnőd is), és megint más a dermatológiai fogalom. A blemished skin tkp. foltos bőr (mint a spotty skin is), ez általános elnevezés. Az acne blemish már kifejezetten pattanásos. Néhány hivatkozás segítségképpen:

What is a Blemish?
Blemish, often characterized by skin discoloration or dark spots, sometimes know as Hyperpigmentation is a result of acne whiteheads, blackheads, or just plain old pimples that most of us acne sufferers are accustomed to. There are other types of skin blemishes for which we cannot blame acne, but occur in the skin naturally at birth. These are often referred to as port-wine stains.

Blemished skin

During puberty, spots are the rule rather than the exception. But pimples do not always disappear by themselves the moment you reach adulthood. Particularly among women, the so-called “Acne Tarda” (late onset acne) persists for much longer, or even appears for the first time at the age of 30 or 40.

-> Köszönöm szépen. :) Akár acne, akár pimple vagy zit, szerintem a "-prone" semmiképpen nem lenne helyes, hisz a "pattanásos bőr" már nem csupán "hajlamos" a problémára, hanem effektíve fellépett a probléma.

acne

Explanation:
Simply acne. You do not have to include "skin" for the NP. Spotty skin may be okay for 101 Dalmation :)
