Explanation:
Szerintem a zárójeles megjegyzés nem kizárólag az íz érzetéről (mint pl. édes, keserű stb.) szól. Az állagról is, valamint arról, hogy ez az élelmiszer nem száraz, megköti a nedvességet, nem kell negyed óráig rágni, mint valamit, ami nem akar falattá alakulni (pl. a zabpehely magában).

Igaz, a "to taste like sawdust" esetében inkább az íz érzetének hiányáról van szó.
