UK: PPS, US: self-funded retirement plan Explanation: Szóval EU... Akkor, ha brit angol kell, akkor ez leginkább a PPS lesz: Personal Pension Scheme. Lásd: https://www.investopedia.com/articles/investing-strategy/090... Amerikában a "scheme" szó maga nem nagyon használatos, illetve inkább csak pejoratív értelemben, főleg ha befektetési témáról van szó. Itt inkább a "self-funded retirement plan" lenne megfelelő. Most látom, hogy a Wikipédia is kiemeli a terminológia különbséget: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pension "Called retirement plans in the United States, they are commonly known as pension schemes in the United Kingdom and Ireland and superannuation plans (or super[3]) in Australia and New Zealand." A "self-funded" fejezi ki azt, hogy az illető saját maga fizeti be, kuporgatja össze a pénzt. A "self-managed" nem jó, ezzel vigyázni kell, mert az arra utal, amikor az illető saját maga intézi a pénz befektetését, és ez egy speciális dolog, nem feltétlenül engedélyezett egy adott országban a pénzügyi és adótörvények miatt.
