Hungarian term or phrase: Valódi tárgyi keresethalmazat
Keresetlevélben szereplő kifejezés:

"A jelen kereseti kérelem a Pp. 173. § (1) bekezdése alapján valódi tárgyi keresethalmazatot alkot a jelen beadványban előterjesztett többi keresettel."

Ennyi magyarázatot találtam róla:

"Valódi tárgyi keresethalmazat: a felperesnek az alperessel szemben
több követelése van, azonban ugyanazon jogviszonyból származik
vagy ténybeli és jogi alapon összefügg"

agree  Peter Simon: I'm not certain about the 'truly linked' part but the good old Oxf. Dic. of Law also similarly defines 'joinder of causes of action'. It may do as HU legal system (way of thinking) is different. :) You need to be a lawyer to tell this! I'm also not one...

-> Kösze - 'accumulation of claims' instantly, as in many or most other lingos, triggered my idea of 'joinder', besides which 'truly linked' is meant as shorthand for 'as to substantive subject-matter', but Hungarian night-school not enough for me to tell.
