subordinate areas Explanation: Different areas have different divisions of fields of planning eg Bidang Perencanaan Pembangunan II could refer to the sub fields of education and religion, transmigration, family planning etc (in a global sense). My guess is that Bidang Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Bawahan refers to the general development planning for the kapubaten, kecamatan and kelurahan levels (in a global sense). Although I am not an expert on regional autonomy, it should be acceptable to refer to these areas (ie the daerah bawahan) as ‘subordinate areas’. |
