get back to work

Explanation:
since the boss told him to go out dan ussually ayo + kembali bekerja (get back to work). like say "shut up and get back to work" (angry) and is also ussual for Indonesian/Melayu.

It it the case .. :) Then it should be "Lets pack your stuff" --> Ayo kemasi barang-barang mu ! Scrub you stuff ..... since the employee stay in the plant

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks very much for your suggestion. Actually, the boss was telling him to get out and don't come back for 8 days, rather than telling him to get back to work. Others have suggested that 'sekrobi' may derive from 'schrobben', meaning 'to scrub the floor (as punishment). Therefore, I think what he's said is something like, "Get out! You're not fit to scrub my floor!" Or is could be from 'secreet', like 'you little shit' or 'you bastard'.
