pizza fortaia Explanation: Io non tradurrei il termine, che non è italiano, ma veneto, però darei una spiegazione. "Fortaia" vuol dire "frittata", una famosa ricetta è quella della "fortaia (frittata) rognosa" che si prepara con il salame. Leggi qui: http://www.ricettepercucinare.com/ricetta_veneta-fortaia_rog... Mi sembra strano che ci sia una pizza preparata così, ma i pizzaioli sono fantasiosi e ne inventano sempre di nuove.
