Italian term or phrase: zone scoperte
Buonasera,

trattasi di una pubblicazione "Zone Scoperte. Omaggio all'unità d'Italia".

Le zone scoperte sono le "sale/stanze" del Palazzo Provinciale di XY (nome città) che sono state sede di una mostra sul tema dell'Unità d'Italia.

"scoperte" perchè non occupate, non adibite ad uffici...

Grazie!

Zone Scoperte (Unchartered territory)
Explanation:
As Phil said it refers to an exhibition of young artists and I guess this is the catalogue-see link

Zone Scoperte can mean many things in Italian and the play on the word scoperto (discovered, uncovered, unchartered and more) is probably best not translated unless you have an explanation from the person who entitled it thus.

My personal choice of translation refers to the discovery of new art, artists, creativity as well as having a geographical sound to it as the exhibition is to commemorate Italian Unification

Sorry-please note as Phil pointed out it the correct spelling is UNCHARTED
