criteria of being a business Explanation: Rafaela, if you look at the links below, you'll see they refer to "condizioni di aziendalità" or "caratteri di aziendalità" or "criteri di aziendalità". I therefore believe the term in question refers to "criteria of being a business". Such criteria in English could be further explained as "A business is a going concern, a system, independent entity, and operated on the basis of financial equilibrium (namely, a profit-and-loss breakeven)." However, I don't think you should write "the Group XZZ's criteria of being a business".
