Italian term or phrase: Centrifuga
Ciao a tutti!
Grazie in anticipo!

English translation:Fresh juice [made with a centrifuge]
Explanation:
I believe it's referring to fruit or vegetable juice extracted with a centrifuge. If it's not important to make a fine distinction, maybe just "fresh fruit/vegetable juice"? I've included a web reference for juice extractor vs centrifuge.

Smoothie Maker/Juicer

Explanation:

neutral  Wolf Draeger: Smoothie is a nice alternative but usually (though not always) contains a bunch of ingredients.

neutral  Mel R: Smoothies often contain milk (or a non-dairy alternative) to make them thicker/creamier.

neutral  Shabelula: I see in Australia a smoothie is a blend of fruit, no additions. but in this sentence it means the drink, so no need to add "maker" or "juicer", it's not the device

centrifugal juicer

Explanation:

Reference: Pressed vs Extracted (juice)

Reference information:
Perhaps what is being contrasted in the text is juice obtained from extraction and juice obtained from pressing. "Centrifuge/centrifugal" is the correct technical term, but here it may be more idiomatic to say the product is an alternative to "extracted juice".
