Distrained Customer Receivables (levied execution against) Explanation: Scots law: Diligence carried out (execution levied) against customers / for accounts receivable. Judgment debtors turn into (levy of) execution debtors. Money recoverable from them post-distraint (levy of distress) will go into the insolvency pool or pot for distribution.
