In quel contesto si parla di sponsor, quindi credo si riferisca ad un patrocinante in quel senso. Dire "non qualified" significa che qualcuno non può esercitare un ufficio in termini di legge (esempio, un laureato in giurisprudenza non può definirsi né svolgere l'ufficio di avvocato almeno che abbia superato l'esame per detta professione). Se invece ha superato l'esame di stato che gli conferisce la qualifica d'avvocato, non è più "non-qualified" ma semplicemente un "novice qualified", ovvero qualcuno che ha ancora molto da masticare prima di poter lavorare senza ausilio di altri colleghi più esperti. This is why I have said without FULL rights. But it simply means that a trainee lawyer has has not passed the bar exam may not independently represent claimants or plaintiffs before the courts but may act as agents or representatives on court cases. |
