neutral  philgoddard: I don't think people will go to the trouble of looking up article 10 of the civil code. I didn't. And we don't have any context to speak of, but isn't this something about reputational damage?

Risarcimento danno ....qualificato e/o proprio
recovery of ..... third-party and/or personal injury

Explanation:
... to image rights and reputation...

as immagine is feminine, I am assuming qualificato e/o proprio collocates with the danno.

Example sentence(s):
  • Il consenso alla pubblicazione della propria immagine costituisce un negozio avente ad oggetto non il diritto stesso all’immagine, il quale resta personalissimo ed inalienabile, ma soltanto il suo esercizio.
  • LibroIl danno qualificato e la lex aquilia / tort law: corso di diritto romano Corbino, Alessandro > Die Frage Drittschadensersatzes im klassischen romischen Recht > the question if third-party damage in classical roman law

agree  Tony Keily: The fact that the term is almost exclusively limited to that book title makes it a little doubtful, though.
