L'equipe (designers e esperti di marketing) studia soluzioni di marketing e merchandising su misura per ogni collezione facilitando il distributore nelle fasi di impianto della nuova collezione.

The author is describing the actions taken by a ceramics manufacturer - through its dedicated marketing division - that makes bespoke tile collections for distributors. The distributor then applies its own brand to the collection and sells it on its own account. I have tentatively written "the various steps required to bring the new collection to market", but I wonder if anyone has anything more intelligent to offer for this use of "impianto"?
