PFK = pseudofachia PFK = pseudophakia Explanation: For the sake of completing the query, here again as an answer: Could PFK be an unusual abbreviation of "pseudofachia"? I mean, if the report is sort of organized, we are beyond the cornea at this point, so that both punctate keratitis and photorefractive keratectomy don't really fit the anterior-posterior sequence of findings (conjunctiva - cornea - anterior chamber - lens). Moreover, the "e" seems to suggest that PFK is related to IOL, hence, following the finding of normal anterior chamber, the report might go on to state that this is a status post implantation of an artificial lense (pseudophakia), and this lense (IOL) is normally positioned. |
