Medical - Medical: Health Care
Italian term or phrase: lesioni / contusioni borse
This is in a list of treatments offered at an Orthopaedic and Traumatological Accident and Emergency.

In context:
• punture di insetto, morso, escoriazioni, ustioni, lesioni / contusioni borse

I think it means injuries and bruises where a sac forms, but I don't know what the translation could be. There is "bursitis" but this is usually "borsite" in IT.

sprains

Explanation:
Not a precise translation. The "borsa" is the synovial bursa surrounding major joints in the body. Here I think they mean injury to the joints. The other injuries in the list are minor and very general - insect bites, bites, grazes, burns.
It's an odd one, hence my low confidence.

"A sprain, also known as a torn ligament, is the stretching or tearing of ligaments within a joint, often caused by trauma abruptly forcing the joint beyond its functional range of motion. The majority of sprains are mild, causing minor swelling and bruising that can be resolved with conservative treatment. However, severe sprains involve complete tears, ruptures, or fractures, often leading to joint instability, severe pain, and decreased functional ability. These sprains require surgical fixation, prolonged immobilization, and physical therapy. Sprains can occur at any joint but most commonly occur in the ankle, knee, or wrist."
