Italian term or phrase: Turchese quattro fiori
The phrase is used on an online store in reference to the description of a bracelet which has beads which are made of "turchese quattro fiori". From what I understand, the turquoise in this particular case, is not actually turquoise, but a paste made of turquoise powder and resin/s mixed together. The "quattro fiori" grading is the highest grading for turquoise paste (which contains from 60-70% actual ground turquoise, and is used by jewellers), followed by "3 fiori", followed by normal "pasta di turchese" (used for costume jewellery). Pasta di turchese can only be considered such when it contains a minimum of 40% actual ground turquoise.
I was wondering if there is a specific term in English that denotes this type of "turquoise". Since the jewellery described on the site is somewhat upscale, I wanted to avoid saying "turquoise paste" (which seems to belittle the product and allude to the fact that it's not real turquoise), but so far I've only been able to come up with "beads made from superior grade turquoise paste".
Does anyone know the exact term for "turchese quattro fiori", if it exists at all, in English? I'd be very grateful to hear any other suggestions anyone may have. Many thanks to everyone for your time!

Reconstituted turquoise
Explanation:
You have asked several questions -
Pasta di turchese is known as turquiose paste, turcon, reconstituted turquoise or turquoise brick.

I'm not at all sure about the grades or qualities of this type of turquoise. I can't find diffrent grades in english language websites. If indeed this is the top quality reconstituted turquoise that is what I would call it. I don't think conventional gem grading is applicable to this type of semi natural product.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Shera Lyn, while researching turquoise I came across many terms, "reconstituted" and "stabilized" being the primary ones of interest to me, however I was a little confused as to which category "turchese quattro fiori" belonged to. After reading this site http://www.donnabijoux.it/design-e-materiali-innovativi (under the "pasta di turchese" title) and understanding that the "fiori" grading was used to rate "pasta di turchese", I was able to understand what product I was actually dealing with. There are sooooo many sites that describe reconstituted and stabilized turquoise in various ways, so your suggestion and links basically confirm that I'm dealing with the reconstituted kind. I hadn't heard of turcon before so thanks for that! I also found this site very helpful: http://www.durangosilver.com/turquoisegrades.htm As for the translation, I may go with "highest grade reconstituted turquoise" or another alternative could be "enhanced turquoise of the highest grade" depending on whether the client wants to explicitly state that it is reconstituted (may have a slightly negative connotation) or whether she just wants potential customers to know that it has been "altered" in some way without being explicit about exactly how this is done. Many thanks again for your help!

Note to reference poster
Asker: Hi Dandamesh, I found a link that sort of clarifies turquoise grading (http://www.durangosilver.com/turquoisegrades.htm) and under the title "High Grade Natural Turquoise" about half way down the page, NATURAL Turquoise is actually rated all the way up to AAAA, although the turquoise I'm talking about in my translation is not pure turquoise so, unfortunately, I can't use that grading scale. I'm learning that turquoise is a very complex subject from the research I have done to find the term I'm after! Many thanks for your input.

Asker: Well, there you go Dandamesh! What an interesting coincidence. Glad to have helped and good luck with the quote!
