Italian to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Paper / Paper Manufacturing
Italian term or phrase: tornio presse
This is from a (bullet point) list of rooms and departments in a paper mill:

- Locale saldatura
- Locale *tornio presse*
- Falegnameria

I found a few occurrences of "tornio pressa", so I guess *tornio presse* is a compound here, but, alas, I don't work in the field and I'm having great trouble in understanding what it may refer to (and, needless to say, in translating it).

Is anyone familiar with the term?

lathe

Explanation:
now Tornio means Lathe... http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tornio
and Pressa means (Forming) Press http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pressa
But the problem is they are mutually exclusive... what is a Press is not a Lathe and vice versa...
So I believe there is something missing in between them...

Asker: thanks sachin. I'll wait a bit more to close, but yes, I'm starting to wonder whether it's a typo
