agree  Mark Pleas: Agree; il Ragazzini 2020 has "have a ball with" and Scuolissima.com defines it as "quando si gradisce qualcosa/qualcuno particolarmente". "Have a field day with X", on the contrary, means to exploit X to someone's detriment.
