Italian term or phrase: unità negoziale
Buongiorno. Come tradurreste unità negoziale? Grazie

(or, for the purpose of this contract, unit 1)
Explanation:
Also: "lot 1 (or, for contractual purposes, unit 1)".

From my research, it appears that "unità negoziale" indicates properties that are grouped to be dealt with together, a sort of "real estate packet" created for a specific purpose (sale, foreclosure, etc.).
Maybe there is an equivalent term in English, if not something along this line might work.
