overrun parameter Explanation: Stabellare means "sforare un parametro", in environmental field, it refers to the "overrun" of parameter limit (for example of of a discharge containing dangerous substances) Reference: http://ansaloneantonio.wordpress.com/2014/11/30/stabellament... |

Reference: Delisting? Reference information: Found it in an EPA (US) doc. Here's a snippet, 'RCRA regulations provide a petition procedure to exclude or "delist" a particular facility's waste from the list of hazardous wastes if the waste does not possess the dangerous properties. While there are two general types of hazardous waste, characteristic and listed, only listed wastes can be delisted.' https://tinyurl.com/ydyjnmf6 Hope this helps. |

Reference Reference information: Stabellamento/superamento tabellare = accertato superamento dei limiti tabellari (per le sostanze pericolose) negli scarichi idrici/nelle emissioni in atmosfera. http://www.dirittoambiente.net/file/acque_articoli_135.pdf I have no idea if there is a corresponding English term, though. |
