I am struggling with this term!
It's a black fur coat and the description says "La manica è lunga con giro basso". (This is the coat: https://www.farfetch.com/kw/shopping/women/drome-shearling-d...
I know that a "manica a giro" is a fitted or set-in sleeve, but that doesn't help me much.

I also found a definition for "manica a giro basso":

Does any of you know what we call this in English?
I only have 2 hours before the deadline :)

Dropped Shoulder Long Sleeve
Explanation:
Looking at the image, it is evident that the drop is in the shoulder, therefore drop or dropped shoulder long sleeve would give a customer a correct product description.
Yes, it's the new season trend. I have also consulted various USA fashion sites, and this term in my view should be the best match.
