J'hésite pour la traduction de "a target" dans: "MBO a target e LTI a target". Voici le contexte:
Al raggiungimento degli obiettivi target (nel seguito "a target") la componente consulting fee ha un peso non inferiore al 40% del totale dei compensi annuali al consulente, mentre la componente variabile (MBO a target e LTI a target) ha un peso non inferiore a 60% del totale del compensi annuali al consulente.
