Hier scheint schon mal eine Erklärung zu finden zu sein:
"Detto in generale, ci si può iscrivere ad un corso di laurea specialistica senza ancora aver conseguito la laurea di primo livello. Per poterlo fare occorre avere un numero minimo di CFU (se non sbaglio 150 CFU) e laurearsi entro una determinata scadenza, stabilita nella domanda di iscrizione cautelativa (sessione invernale o straordinaria)!"
