Guten Morgen,
hier kommt meine letzte Frage im Zusammenhang mit der Übersetzung eines Estratto aus dem Casellario Giudiziale.
Darin heißt es, dass es zu einer Strafminderung kam vor dem Hintergrund der "liberazione anticipata speciale".
Dazu findet man bei Wikipedia folgende Information:

"All'evidente scopo di ridurre il sovraffollamento delle carceri e di risarcire[1] i detenuti meritevoli che hanno subito il disagio delle condizioni di sovraffollamento, a fine 2013[2] è stata introdotta la liberazione anticipata speciale, consistente in un aumento di trenta giorni per i periodi di liberazione anticipata concessi o da concedersi per i periodi semestrali trascorsi per intero in carcere nel periodo tra il 1º gennaio 2010 ed il 31 dicembre 2015 (escludendosi cioè i semestri o le frazioni di semestri trascorsi in detenzione domiciliare).

Tale istituto non si applica[3] ai condannati per uno dei reati elencati dall'art 4 bis legge 354/1975"

Soweit ist alles klar. Ich möchte den italienischen Begriff belassen und eine Fußnote einfügen. Jetzt quäle ich mich mit der Fußnote und insbesondere mit einer griffigen Formulierung für die "liberazione anticipata speciale". "Vorzeitige Haftentlassung" ist klar, aber dieses "speciale"...

Es handelt sich offensichtlich um einen speziellen Tatbestand der Haftentlassung, den ich mit „außerordentlich“ übersetzen würde, zumal nicht die normalen Haftentlassungsgründe tragend werden. Auch bei der nachträglichen Strafmilderung gibt es die „außerordentliche“ und bei vorzeitiger Entlassung handelt es dich eigentlich auch um eine außerordentliche Strafmilderung
