Salve a tutti,

sto lavorando allo statuto di una società per azioni. Non capisco il significato di "in conto capitale" e pertanto non so proprio come tradurlo. Qualcuno può aiutarmi? Questo è il passaggio:

"La Società ha facoltà di raccogliere risparmio tra i soci tramite acquisizione di fondi con obbligo di restituzione, ma in ottemperanza alle norme vigenti, attualmente l'art.11 del D.Lgs. n. 385/1993 e la delibera C.I.C.R. del 3.3.1994 e, pertanto, sola da soggetti iscritti nel libro dei soci da almeno tre mesi e che detengano una partecipazione di almeno il 2% (due per cento) del capitale sociale, risultante dall’ultimo bilancio approvato.I fondi acquisiti dai soci saranno infruttiferi se [G]in conto capitale[/G] o qualora deliberato dall'assemblea o dall'organo amministrativo in ogni altro caso."
