Falls es sich um eine 'impresa in crisi' handelt Explanation: ist 'außerordentliche Geschäftsführung' nicht aussagekräftig genug. vgl. DLvo 347/2003, das nach dem Parmalat-Skandal mit dem Ziel der Sanierung von insolventen Großunternehmen eingeführt wurde. Danach wird vom Industrieminister ein commissario straordinario bestellt, der die Geschäftsführung übernimmt und die Sanierung betreibt. Es handelt sich also eher um eine "Zwangsverwaltung" oder "Geschäftsführung unter staatlicher Aufsicht" oder so ähnlich. Obige Ausführungen gelten, wie gesagt, für den Fall einer "grande impresa in stato di insolvenza" |
