I monasteri e i signori locali concedevano le terre in affitto ereditario (talora trasmissibile con la formula del maso chiuso), la concessione di libertà personale ai coloni, l’autonomia amministrativa e giudiziaria contro l’obbligo di protezione da parte del signore.

Der Satz ist ´n bisserl Wirrwarr (meine Muttersprache ist jedoch Italienisch).


Ich denke, Du hast Recht: die Kolonisten waren frei, unabhängig, aber sie mussten das Gründstuck bearbeiten. Der Lehnsherr musste aber den Kolonist beschützen (concessione ... contro ... protezione = Gewährung ... gegen ... Schutz).


Hoffe nützlich zu sein.
