Italian term or phrase: pensionale
Es geht um die Bodenklassifizierung für eine Erdbebenberechnung. Der Begriff wurde schon einmal in it-en gefragt:

Damals vermutete eine Kollegin, dass es sich um eine Neuschöpfung für das Adjektiv von pressione handele. Kann mir das jemand bestätigen? Und wie würde dann die Übersetzung lauten?

Hier der Kontext:

La categoria di suolo verrà ricavata da una correlazione empirica tra le misure di qc e di VS. Le qc verranno estrapolate dalla CPTU4 a scopo cautelativo in quanto presenta la stratigrafia peggiore.
Queste correlazioni hanno avuto un buon riscontro nonostante si correlino stati di deformazione del terreno enormemente diversi: il livello deformativo indotto nel terreno dalla penetrazione della punta penetrometrica provoca la rottura del materiale, mentre le onde di taglio si propagano non intaccando la struttura del terreno, in condizioni di deformazioni praticamente elastiche (Mayne e Rix, 1995; Fahey, 1998,2001; Houlsby, 2001).

Le correlazioni empiriche utilizzate sono state calibrate distinguendo le litologie dei terreni rinvenuti e raggruppandoli in tre famiglie: argille limi e sabbie. La correlazione proposta è quella di Andrus et Al. (2001) che utilizza i valori di VS e qc normalizzati rispetto allo stato **pensionale**, in questa espressione non viene utilizzata la misura dell’attrito laterale Fs ed è invece introdotto un coefficiente correttivo per l’età del deposito , indicato con ASF.

Explanation:
pensionale gibt es nur im Italienischen, auch bei parallel aufgebauten Kursen zur Geotechnik in it. und dt. ergab mir nichts Brauchbares für die camp und stati pensionali. Es sah immerhin nach Bereichen/Punkten aus, in denen ein gewisser Kräfteausgleich besteht. - Jetzt eine wilde Suche zum Spontaneinfall Ruhezustand sieht erstmal nicht schlecht aus, aber über eine Vermutung geht es nicht hinaus.

wenn man nach geotechnik/geotecnica Rankine googelt, fallen öfteres (Grenz)gleichgewichtszustände und stat (limiti) pensionali auf, aber eine Identität war nicht zu ergünden.
