costiuire kann auch in Auftrag geben heißen. Ich vermute mal, dass hier die italienische Offizialsprache mal wieder etwas doppel-moppelt.
Vielleicht kannst du den Begriff auch eingach mit *Auftraggeber* übersetzen.
