Il suddetto decreto prevede anche la revisione della disciplina del rapporto tra Inps e medici di medicina fiscale, da regolamentare mediante apposite convenzioni, da stipularsi tra l’Inps e le organizzazioni sindacali di categoria maggiormente rappresentative, sulla base di un Atto di indirizzo adottato con apposito decreto ministeriale.

Der Begriff „Vertrauensarzt“ ist nicht legal definiert und hat keine besondere Bedeutung. Er wird im Sprachgebrauch jedoch häufig für einen Arzt verwendet, der medizinische Gutachten erstellt, etwa für Behörden, Sozialversicherungen oder wenn der Arbeitgeber die Arbeitsunfähigkeit aus berechtigten Gründen anzweifelt. Diese Aufgaben werden allerdings weitgehend von dem Medizinischen Dienst der Krankenversicherung oder dem Amtsarzt erfüllt.
