nicht schuldhaft Explanation: incolpevole: senza colpa-> nicht fahrlässig mit colpa ist hier die Fahrlässigkeit gemeint (colpa: Fahlässigkeit/dolo: Vorsatz) nicht schludhafte/nicht fahrlässige Unkenntnis also die Unkenntnis darf nicht fahrlässig sein cioè...dh sie (die Unkenntnis) lässt sich mit der im Rechtsverkehr gebotenen Sorgfalt nicht vermieden -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 ore (2017-07-31 07:46:47 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- vermeiden |
