corpo ist für sich genommen tatsächlich der Körper, auch beim Wein. Struktur ist beim Wein eher noch etwas umfangreicher zu verstehen als Körper.
Un vino con corpo pieno ist dann ein körperreicher, fülliger, vollmundiger Wein, ein Wein mit vollem Körper
(Ein Wein kann auch einen schlanken Körper haben....)
