Предполагается опустить пол с выполнением железобетонной подушки:

Не могу понять, что тут значит locale al piano -0.1. И даже склонная думать, что фраза построена неправильно, возможно, что-то пропущено.
Но, может быть, у более опытных в строительстве коллег интуиция сработает?
