единая декларация для ввоза Explanation: Регламент Комиссии (ЕС) 2017/2298 от 12 декабря 2017 года, вносящий изменения в Регламент (ЕС) № 669/2009, в соответствии с Регламентом (ЕС) № 882/2004 Европейского парламента и Совета в Не установлено отношении повышения уровня официального контроля за импортом определенных корм и пищевых продуктов неживотного происхождения Al momento dell’ingresso nel territorio nazionale (nei porti, aeroporti e dogane interne), tutte le partite di merci di interesse sanitario, compresi gli alimenti di origine non animale destinati al consumo umano, provenienti da Paesi extra-europei, devono essere sottoposte a controllo igienico-sanitario a cura dell’Ufficio di sanità marittima e aerea (USMAF) competente territorialmente. Il personale tecnico dell’USMAF, presa visione della documentazione d’origine che deve necessariamente accompagnare ogni importazione, effettua direttamente sulla merce, controlli sanitari (documentali, ispettivi e/o analitici) volti ad evitare che prodotti contaminati, adulterati, tossici o comunque non rispondenti alle normative sanitarie vigenti, possano essere commercializzati in Italia e negli altri Paesi dell’U.E. Al termine dei controlli l’USMAF, verificata la non pericolosità della merce, rilascerà il NOS/DCE all’importazione, documento che ne permetterà l’introduzione nel territorio comunitario. Qualora invece dovesse risultare un’accertata pericolosità per la salute pubblica, le merci saranno dichiarate non-ammissibili all’importazione, e della notizia verranno contestualmente informati, attraverso i competenti uffici centrali del Ministero, gli altri USMAF e tutti gli Stati membri dell’U.E. http://www.salute.gov.it/portale/temi/p2_6.jsp?id=1222&area=... COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 669/2009 of 24 July 2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin and amending Decision 2006/504/EC (5) | Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 provides that Member States are, for the organisation of the increased level of controls, to require feed and food business operators, responsible for consignments, to give prior notification of the arrival and nature of such consignments. Accordingly, a model form of common entry document (CED) should be laid down for imports of feed and food of non-animal origin covered by this Regulation, in order to ensure a uniform approach throughout the Community. The CED should be made available to the customs authorities when consignments are declared for the release for free circulation. (5) | Il regolamento (CE) n. 882/2004 stabilisce che gli Stati membri, al fine di organizzare il livello accresciuto di controlli, devono richiedere agli operatori del settore dei mangimi e degli alimenti responsabili delle partite di notificare anticipatamente l’arrivo e la natura di tali partite. Di conseguenza, al fine di garantire un approccio uniforme in tutta la Comunità, conviene stabilire un modello di documento comune di entrata (DCE) per le importazioni di mangimi e alimenti di origine non animale contemplate nel presente regolamento. Il DCE deve essere messo a disposizione delle autorità doganali al momento della dichiarazione delle partite per l’immissione in libera pratica.
